Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original box, ensuring all components and promotional gifts are included to avoid processing delays.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
